Sometimes when I leave my Toshiba laptop, running Windows 7 idealing it will freeze and am forced to hardboot it. Is there a way I can stop this and if it happens again, any other way to wake it up or shut it down? I try control alt delete and hitting/holding down Power and got nothing.

Can you download Speccy and post a speccy profile url?

It would be best to check out the hard drive first. The speccy profile will give us some info.
