Hello sirs!  I hopefully have a simple question.  Why cant I overclock any of my settings in the BIOS?  Its Gigabyte - UEFI DualBios.  I have and AMD FX-6350 AM3+.

There is no specific GTG O/Cing forum (we aim to help members fix things not break them   ) your MBs user manual should provide the information that you need though Jeffro   

 

With O/Cing comes risk I`m afraid and that is why I do not recommend it (especially for a novice) fine tuning is one thing but ramping up the CPU will not only generate more heat it will also stress your hardware and shorten it`s user life, FWIW a couple of links here and here for guidance

The Ruby Interpreter is the process that allow an application coded in Ruby to work and run under Windows. You must be using an application that require a Ruby compiler/environment in order to run.
Download and execute MiniToolBox. Check "List installed programs" and leave the rest unchecked, then click on "Go!". Once the scan is done, copy/paste the content of the output log here. I'll tell you which program might be using Ruby.

Private Internet Access indeed uses Ruby and therefore the Ruby Interpreter process (rubyw.exe if I'm not mistaken) belongs to this program

Won't hide you on the Web from a organization/person that is determined to find you, including the Feds.  

I have a Nook Book.   Barnes and Noble only allows download of DRM material to specific countries, OZ not included. I had a friend in the US open a Visa account, in my name, at his address.   Bought a book online using a VPN to hide my address, money was transferred, download was denied as not a US IP address.   Tried setting up different VPN, both free ones and one paid for one, same result, download denied.   Sometimes it took five minutes before the rejection, so they must have software to find I am not located in the US.

Imagine what a government agency could do.

 

I paid my money, so not trying to defraud the company, just trying to get around their policy.
