Could someone please point me to a page that explains the Clipboard feature in XP?

I have not used it in years and can't recall exactly what it did or how to use it. As I recall, it allowed one to use Ctrl-C to highlight text and place it on a Clipboard, from which it could then be copied elsewhere.

For reasons I can't fathom, I can find no reference to it in the on-line Help system or in a Windows XP for Dummies book I have.    And I find no hits here in GtoG when I Search for "Clipboard." Thanks. .... batpark
