I am unable to install the Microsoft update kb2919355>  I run the windows update troubleshooter which does not resolve the problem I then run the
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
which states it has resolved the corrupt files.  I then try the update again and it fails again

I did the following ran sfc /scannow everything was okay than ran the following

 

dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.14

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

 

Then was able to reinstall the update
