I have good internet 60 down 5 up 12 ping and recently it has been slowing down. I recently tryed port forwarding but i failed so i undid everything i did cause i tought that would be the problem but i dont think it was now. I tryed contacting my internet provider but that did not help.

Are there any other people at same cable? They might be bittorrenting the whole channel.
It might also be some DDoSing or botnetting malware at your PC.
