If you have that then we can do a reinstall of windows. Do you have anything that needs to be recovered from the computer ?

Yes. That's why me and Naathim were doing all these steps because he thought that we would be able to fix this without having good to do a fresh install.

Well I need to order a external hard drive then because I need my data backed up

Dependant on how much data there is you could put it on a 32Gb flash drive which would be a tad cheaper than an external hard drive http://www.amazon.co...e-bin:310781031
