RESPECTED SIR,

                                 I  am unable to install a window 7 or xp on my pc first note that in my screen when i start to try a window in my pc already written is floppy error disk 40 ,after boot the dvd when i try to install there is option to format a c drive where no partion is visible then error how to wants to create a window please tell me what is the reason needful help

What type of installation disks do you have as in are they full retail disks, OEM disks, downloaded Windows 7 ISO or burned copies.
