I am using windows 7 home premium on my desktop & laptop and I am unable to reach the login page for M&S banking, when I click on the sign in button all I get is a blank screen http://www.marksands...om/c/mands-bank
I have tried IE11, chrome, firefox and safari browsers. The only one that works is opera in turbo mode. I can access the page fine on my iPad & Android phone.
I have tried deleting cookies etc.

Hello steveqae,

So neither the desktop or notebook will allow you to log in.

Do you have Rapport installed on your computers, if not please consider installing it to protect yourself, all the main banks etc use it, see here

Hi phillpower2, I have rapport on the desktop which is used for banking but not on the laptop, I only tried to log in there to test if it was just the desktop having problems.

Further to my last post, I have just tried starting the laptop in safe mode and the webpage loads fine. Obviously something that starts with windows is causing the problem, just need to find it.

Hello Steve! You could use clean boot to see what is causing the conflict!!

Tried using msconfig as suggested, disabled all start-up items and all services except Microsoft. Still wont display the page.

Hello Steve! Who advised msconfig??

I suggested a clean boot. That's a long way from msconfig.

HI, the link you sent takes me to msconfig again which I have already tried with no luck, this was suggested at the 5th response above.

Yes It takes you to msconfig where it tells you how to do a clean boot. If you can start in safe mode and the web page starts, then you probably have a conflict and you can use a clean boot to find your problem. Did you read the entire link?? Or did you just quit reading when you seen msconfig??

Disable Kaspersky or better yet, uninstall it then test. If okay then use a different AV or reinstall Kaspersky.

Don't run without AV for long, just to test.

Already tried disabling kaspersky, still did not work. I have just dug out my old acer netbook, which also has kaspersky installed and it works just fine on that, very strange.

Download then run Speccy and post the resultant url for us please, details here this so that we can see if there is any other software that could be causing the issue.

When you uninstalled Kasperskey did you follow the steps as shown here
