programs runs slow and stops responding takes for ever to boot pc up

Naat, did not see anything  in the folder and did summit the log txt.

Ron,

I have western digital Hard drive Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive. The software to test the drive is not iso and i could not get it to boot. maybe i am missing something  thanks in the advance for the help.

keeps giving me bad file name when trying to run as the directions stated

at the command prompt  it tells me to type c:\ dlgdiag5.exe  and it comes back as bad command or filename

At DOS prompt type dlgdiag5.exe to run the program.


You said you are typing in c:\ dlgdiag5.exe is that correct?

Are you typing in the "C:\" or is it already sitting at the C prompt?

OK are you booting to the USB or cd and not trying to do this from within windows?

OK you may have to get the windows version from the site for SATA drives and try it there.

Strange two different files with the same error. Let me ask are you burning these at 4x speed or faster?
