I have an iPhone 5 running 7.1.2 that is technically my work phone but I use it for everyday use as well. I will admit right up front that I know nothing at all about Apple products so hopefully someone here can help me.

I have tried to follow the instructions for copying my photostream pictures to my Win 7 pc but it does not work as it should. I installed the icloud control panel to try that route and it imported 330/903 photos then simply stopped.

I then tried to import them via Windows Live Photo Gallery but it only found 149 photos. I've tried most of the Google recommendations as well/

Does anyone know how I can copy all of my photostream photos to me pc? I just came back from vacation and all my pics are in the photostream.

Thank you!

Hi 6stringer,

I'd like to refer you to 'this' helpful post. Try the first one and let me know what happens. Feel free to disregard the second one at this point--I'd probably recommend that option only after we have exhausted all other free methods.

Good luck! :)

That did it! Thank you so very much. Never having had an Apple device before I'm learning just how different they can be. Thanks to you I now have about a thousand photos saved that can never be replaced.
