I recently got norton antivirus 2005 and did a full scan and after it got done it said I had about 6000 files unfected with the vbs.redlof.a virus so i went through and i quarantined all of them until I could figure out how to fix the problem. So after doing some research and getting the updates I went back and tried to have the thing fix the infected files but it couldn't fix any of them. So I was wondering is there a way that i can fix all of those files without deleting them and get rid of that virus for good. thank you.

It might help if you listed the type of files that got infected. You may have to use Safemode and individually delete certain files. If you go to the Symantec website, you can hold a real time chat with a tech. They will be able to give you on hands help. Try there first.
