Restoring laptop to factory, without the CD

I have removed everything useful to me onto a thumb drive, and would really like to reset my laptop back to factory. Please let me know exactly what kind of information to provide going forward.

*Here are some things I found from 'dxdiag' that I hope are useful:

 

HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, T6600 @ 2.2GHZ
