Which antivirus / personal firewall programs would you suggest as being the best, free or not free it doesnt matter, would just like an opinon.

It's really personal preference. The most important thing is to have one! We recommend AVG for a free program. It's essentially the previous version of their software, and it's very good. If you wish to purchase it, you get the latest version.

I like Norton AV as I think it catches the most, but it's also a resource hog, and can slow down many systems.

The only one I can't recommend is McAfee, it seems to be disabled too easily, and we've seen too many members with McAfee also have viruses/trojans.
