Good day to all of you,,


i had a problem as i mentioned on the top.

it was always appearing on my desktop everytime i turned on my CPU.\


how can i fix it pls.... i had  many important files and all of them had no back up.. 


pls. let me know wat should i do with this...

Hi and welcome to the forums


Usually this error means there is some issue where the computer is not able to boot off the hard drive like usual.


First things first would be to get a backup of your data!  Here is a tutorial that shows how to boot your PC off a live CD to access files on the hard drive.



It is possible that this may not work because the hard drive could be failed/dead.  This is one possible reason why you are getting the Intel Boot Agent message rather than the computer booting as normal.  If the hard drive is failed/dead, you would not be able to access the data using the recovery link above either.
