Hi, I have a Logitech 'Access' keyboard (2003 model) with function keys linking to email, web home page etc. Following a major system crash which I had to resolve by doing a re-installation of the OS (I'm using XP SP3) one of these keys - the one which puts the pc into standby - doesn't work although all the others still do. I've looked at the Logitech site and downloaded some driver files but none of them fix the problem; using the update driver function under device manager states that the best driver is already installed. Forcing the system to use any of the other driver files I downloaded either makes the problem worse (ie. less keys work) or has no effect, so I've gone back to the original 'best' driver file. Fairly sure this is not an actual physical key failure; the keyboard has had no knocks or spillages on it and the issue came up after fixing the system crash. I had backups of my data but not the system settings. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Just realised that I should have said the system will go into standby by using the Start - Turn off computer - standby route, just doesn't respond to the keyboard function key any more.
