I bought these screwdrivers http://www.amazon.co...r/dp/B00009OYGV

I've used them once before on a Zune mp3 player. With the laptop, there are some screws that are easy to screw out and others that will not at all so its difficult for me to get to the keyboard.

Any idea why? Should I use another set of screwdrivers?

Thank you.

Hey, I was going to buy them but since I went home that weekend, my dad had some screwdrivers (similiar to those) that worked.

Thank you for your help.
