ntbtlog looks bad. I would go to the PC maker's website and get the latest chipset installation utility and also the latest network adapter drivers.  Install the chipset first, then the network adapters.  Then delete the old ntbtlog.txt file, reboot and post the new one.

See if this one will install:

https://downloadcent...=20775&lang=eng

Get the top one then save it, right click on it and run as admin.

Looks like you really needed the chipset.  The boot log looks a lot better.

Search for anyseeTU.SYS.  Is it even on your system anywhere?

Get autoruns:  http://live.sysinter...om/autoruns.exe

save and right click and run as admin.

Once it finishes scanning look for DgiVecp.sys and uncheck it.  You can uncheck any other yellow highlighted lines.

Have you tried creating a new log in with admin rights?  Does it also boot so slowly?

The boot log looks normal.  The files that it doesn't load are almost always not loaded.

Guess we can move on.

If you go into the Safe Mode menu on boot and select the low resolution video option does it still take forever?
