Startsearch.net - Can't get away [CLOSED]

I've had this problem for 2 weeks now bought anti-virus ran Spy / bot / trojan removers, still evertime I fire up IE I goto the homepage of startsearch.net and it seems to be attaching itself to my favorite websites. Used to be able to access ebay, now can't go there, it halfway loads then back to startsearch.net PLEASE HELP ME! Sorry if I've missed some steps in the process I'm tired and can't hold off FDisk much longer
