desktop hijack

Help!
I am going mad. i have been hijacked by a desktop what states
"warning you are in danger"
"secure your self right now, remove all spyware from your pc"

If i click on the link, Isecurity and gold virus automatically install.

i have used norton anti virus stopzilla and spyware.... still cant get it back!
