Computer freezes and proxy setting random changes

Is it running any better now?  You really have to keep the clock up to date.  Have you changed out the CMOS battery?

it is still freezing up after 20 minutes or so.  I will need to wait until Friday to get a battery

Download, save and Install it (Win 7 or Vista right click and Run As Admin.) then run it (Win 7 or Vista right click and Run As Admin)
 

It will tell you your temps in real time.  It's possible that it is overheating and then pulling the plug when it gets too hot.
