Do I need to pay if I use My WiFi Router apk?

Yesterday, I turned on a hotspot successfully with this apk. It seems free and it switch my laptop into a hotspot directly. But will it cost any fee?

We could do with some information about the particular software you are using and the network that you are connecting to, many places offer a free wifi connection but if you are using a pay as you go wireless dongle for example you will need to pay a fee to the provider of the device/service, btw, you have received a reply to your OP asking the same question on the MacRumors forum here continue with the appropriate forum and as a courtesy let the other/s know that assistance is no longer required there.
