iTunes music downloading 4S iPhone

I just bought a 4S iPhone from my cousin and she deleted everything but contacts ( witch I will delete ) and the music. Is there a way around iTunes to save the music. iTunes keeps popping up and asking for her password. I read there might be a website to help me with it. Is there ? I'm going to have it turned on on a service, and will use my iTunes account, so I will put it back to factory default. There are 640 songs I'd like to save and download to my shuffle . Any help / advice is much appreciated !

iTunes will automatically store all purchased content (as well as imported media in your iTunes library) to the iCloud, and can be redownloaded on a new device without re-purchase.
