confused with Win32

everytime a start up my computer...which norton says is clean.... i get 2 popups asking wether or not to run Win32. The only options are run or cancel, no delete option. How can i stop these from occuring. P.S. another window pops up that says "Norton does not support the repair feature, uninstall, then reinstall" Yet my norton is working fine. :tazz:
