Help I think I have that saleplus malware on my pc. pop ups are out of

I think I'll uninstall Drop Box and I have been looking at your tutorial on backing up my windows.  I'll probably watch it a couple of times before I try to actually back it up.

everything is ok but can't get the backup reboot flash drive to work

What error do you get when you try to boot from the USB

I don't get an error message it just boots normal not in safe mode like the apps says it should.

OK that means you need to set the BIOS to activate USB as the first boot device. Once you have done this it can be left and the system will boot to normal windows if no USB is present. It will add no time to the boot sequence

changed the boot log and now I get "missing operating system" message when I use the usb flash drive.

Does the USB look similar to this when you use windows explorer

Yes it does look similar but I decided to try making a rescue disc instead of a usb and that works
