Hello ripo66,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your external HD. Can you please elaborate on a few things?

1) What exactly is the problem or error message you are experiencing?

2) How long has this problem been occurring?

3) Has the external HD ever worked properly?

4) If so, did any change between the time it worked and stopped working? (update drivers, hardware/software install, etc?)
