DLL file not found

I'm having trouble using my Ipod software because my computer seems to be missing a required dll component. It doesnt tell me which dll file i need it just says it cant run one so i dont know which to download. I'm not sure what to do, do i reapply XP to my computer?

Thanks for any help.

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. You could try going to start, run and type
sfc /scannow You will need to have your windows install cd in the drive so windows can get any missing files it needs.
