Okay... I am not sure whether or not this belongs in this forum, but here it goes:

Whenever I try to save things, whatever program I happen to be running stops responding. Examples are, If I try to save something on Microsoft Word, then that stops responding. If I try to save an image off the internet, my browser stops responding, etc etc etc.

Is there anything I can do?? Any other information I need to supply?

Please take the full test at http://www.pcpitstop.com and post the results. A tutorial on how to do so can be found here:

mpfeif101,

I've taken the tests, and it says that I have minor problems with "Internet" and "C Drive."

Do I need to do anything else? Any other information or test results that I should post? (I apologize, I'm not very computer savvy).
