I was told that the components services tool and the service control manger have failed, that's why you have difficulty playing the music files. It has corrupted the music files and caused the no driver issue. Does anyone have a solution.

Hi Childress,

:welcome:

Any error codes displayed ? What software are you using to play music files ? List your PC system, make and model number.

Try option 2 here    http://www.eightforu...ndows-8-a.html

Follow blue note just below option 2 afterwards if needed.
