Need help with links

I have been noticing lately that certain links I click on are blocked. I checked my pop-up blocker thinking that maybe its because of that, so I unblocked everything and the links still do not work. I can not read my emails because of this now and i can not click on other certain links either. Can someone help me? :tazz:
