OK that looks nice and clean, as it is only appearing on your mail page I would suspect either a bad e-mail or an infected web page.

Have you cleared your deleted e-mails and junk e-mails folders

Yes to all.  None of my email folders contain any old info.

 

BTW, I solved the mouse issue, by checking out Firfox troubleshoot guide, and changed the setting to tabbed browsing.

 

As for Ad Choices banner on mail.com page....still there.

As it stands I believe that you will need to take that up with your e-mail provider, especially as it only appears on their page and no where else. Your system appears clean
