Loaded new Firefox and same old snail/delayed typing input.

How about a system restore, as I could really not care what if any things I might have loaded.....no music, video's etc!

The earliest restore point you have is the 17th was the FF slowness apparent before that ?

Don't understand why only the 17th and I have no idea when this all started, but worth a try unless it creates aproblem for you?

Earliest restore date I found was the 20th and not only is it still slow as snail, but lost my bookmarks also.

 

PS- appears that  this slow, delayed typing is in all browsers, NOT just Firefox.

So is that a retrograde step for IE and Chrome ? As I believe you said they were OK

Could you run a FRST scan please this time also tick the shortcut txt box
