shdocpa.dll has hijacked my browser! does anyone have a solution on how to resovle this problem and allow me control over my start page?

Hi, I downloaded microsofts anti spy thing from their site at www.microsoft.com . It has a tool that will allow you to reset all of your browser pages. Hope this helps you, Bye Wendy
