What are some good reasonably priced video editing and capture programs? I am looking into making lets plays, other video game videos and custom wrestling titantrons. I need to be able to make graphics like the one shown in this linked video

As for video capture software, which one works best for recording games?

Camtasia studio

Sony Vegas pro

These two programs can be used everywhere. But everything comes with effort that you would like to put on.More vievers = more effort.

If you want cheap method on Letsplays :

Without special effects you can use programs like Fraps for example.

Fraps is one of easiest recording programs i used to have, but if you want to go higher now , just recording isnt enough sometimes.

Everything depend what you will be playing.

For clearing up the audio , audacity is one of best freeware programs.

I hadnt much experience with motage movies but two programs should be good enough to do it.
