I ran a Hijack this scan on an XP computer and posted it on a website that analyzes them. It put a red X on C:WINDOWSsystem32services.exe. Is there a problem with that? I have run several Anti malware scans and nothing is found.

That's the correct place for services.exe.

At the first point I wouldn't recommend running HiJackThis. This is a very outdated tool which doesn't address dozens of areas we need to see to determine whether computer is infected or not.

While I agree that \system32 is a correct place for services.exe, there is not enough data in your post to determine what is going on there. I also don't recommend any auto-analyzing sites to do the work - they do not analyze the system as we do.

I assume that you have your answer, however in case you want to take a look at the logs, go ahead and post them.
