I didn't know how nasty the Trojan was that I had until I had already taken some steps to remove it. Although I have done some things, I found out about Malwarebytes Anti Root Kit and FRST and see that the registry needs some tinkering with and that is where I do not go. I need a qualified member to please help me with a fix and I can PayPal you some funds Friday if you are able to help me tonight possibly. I have my phone by my side with instant email and will be here to immediately respond so please help if you can. I do have FRST.txt and Addition.txt files but am waiting to attach until instructed.

Thanks, RC

Hi there, first what symptoms are you experiencing ?

If it has encrypted data then in reality there is little that can be done to recover the files
Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Select additions at the bottom
  • Press Scan button.
    frst.JPG
  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please attach both logs generated.
