I have found two uncertain listings in my latest scan with hijackthis.
Has anyone ever had the 'good fortune' to deal with these issues?
I did a search in google for the first but came up with zero.... wierd

Hello Gourmet_chef and welcome to Geeks to Go

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Also please note that your version of HijackThis is out of date, please download the latest version.

Please do not edit any logs that you post.

"Edit,
As there has been no reply from the original poster this topic is now closed,
Should you have any further problems please create a new Topic,

Thanks "
