Hi AVG has found and tried to remove this from my computer, without much success, it kept finding it continually for around 1/2 hour, the computer shut down and is now not responding very well. Any suggestions please?

Sorry I have posted this 3 times it would seem.  This is another problem I am having in that each time I posted it appeared not to work and I got the Timed Out message on the website, so I tried again.  Now I m checking on another computer it seemed it did post after all despite my own computer telling me there was a problem
