Not sure when this problem started, and I've tried everything i could think of to remove it but there are .Exe files in my Windows temp file and i do not have access to the folder anymore and i cannot delete these .Exe's i'm not the best when it comes to removing virus' or other nasty programs and need urgant help, these .Exe's are slowing my laptop down and i need a way to remove them.

 

when i go to proccesses in task manager there are a number of unknown, random exe's that appear to be running, i cannot end them or open their file location (i managed to do it once, and it opened the windows temp folder and now i cannot access or delete the folder)

 

I do various virus scans with multiple programs but none of them seem to get rid of it for long i cannot screenshot the problem at the moment as it hasn't started again.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
• Please copy and paste log back here.
• The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.
