Im not new to computers(work and play daily with em) so I encourage you not to hold back, but the more in-depth instructions you can give the better!Ive read several other posts and have picked up the feeling that this bug needs personal attention and there's a great slew of apps you recommend downloading but here's what i have already:
-spybot s&d
-ad-aware
-ccleaner(sp?)
-hijack this
-avast antivirus...my personal choice of AV, but has been very useless othen blocking other then replacing the normal pop-ups with avast pop-up alerting me im infected :/
