oh i found a problem is still this related to the malware? i can't find the other options for scanning this is the only thing left

OK run a repair on Avast

 

To do this go to control panel > programmes and features

Select Avast

On the left of the next pop up select Repair

Once the repair is complete then reboot

 

Let me know how that is then

OK full repair time, it is Avast you have isn't it ?

Download Avast Uninstall Utility to your Desktop.
Download the correct version of Avast
Avast Free
Avast Pro
Avast Internet Security
Avast Premier
Disconnect from the net
Uninstall Avast via control panel
  • Run the uninstall tool and accept the reboot to safe mode
  • Once complete reboot your system
  • Reinstall Avast
