My hard drive has crashed. I have only incremental backup for last few years. I am looking for other than manual solution to recreate all data to full backup.

To restore you will need the original and all incremental backups. Once that is restored you should consider imaging the drive instead. Unfortunately you chose an old fashioned method to backup, which is now all but redundant considering the price of storage media.
