that is a different one I edited.

Have you contacted the maker of the software? I know what is happening--they have a front end of the application that depends on active x....sp2 prevents it from running. There is a way around it...they need to add a single line to the front end/web interface

Hello again,
My Activex problem still continues, I contacted the software makers whereby they gave me a fix for the problem to operate their software, not a fix for the activex.
I was wondering, would it be worth reinstalling windows xp again??.
