CD-Rom drive

I cannot get the dive door open to my CD- ROM . Are there any locking features I should be aware of. Is there a software glitch.

I'm open to all suggestions. : :tazz:

Do you have it connected to the power supply? (does it work at all, any lights or anything?) Also is there any small hole in the front of the drive that you can stick a small medal rod into to manually release the drive? (keep in mind that if your drive is older it may not have this, DONT GO STICKING MEDAL RODS INTO RANDOM HOLES, IF IT HAS ONE IT SHOULD BE RIGHT UP FRONT!
