Just use the latest restore point.
The Fixit didn't really do much. The most likely culprits are
U3 Winsock; no ImagePath
or
C:\ProgramData\fJMqmDsP.dat
Winsock is a windows file name but it is never a U3 and if it were not correct you couldn't get on line. It's possible the registry entry has the permissions changed so FRST can't see the real path.
The other one is a random file name which is common with malware
