ONCE PICS IMPORTED TO COMP FROM CAMERA SD CARD , CON NO LONGER READ PICS IN CAMERA

Attach the SD card or plug the camera in to the computer. Look at the camera storage device under Computer. Make sure you look in all available sub folders. If there's nothing there, it means you moved the files to the computer rather than copy them. In that case you could always copy them back. If there's something there, try opening some files. If you can't tell what it is, you could always overwrite what's there with the pics you downloaded. Make sure you put them in the right folder AND make sure the names of the files have not been changed. I've seen cameras that wouldn't recognize pics that were not in the proper name format.
