Issue after installing win 10

so I have an older gateway desktop(2009) that I upgraded the video card,power supply,case and fans. Install the windows 10 everything was working fine until I installed new driver for my Asus 5760 graphics card the computer reset a events past the gateway icon then I get a black screen with a white cursor in the left corner blinks a few times then drops down an 1/2 inch then the motherboard alarm sounds off and will not shut off. Could it be a gpu issue or a motherboard?!
