Installed small software program on my system 7 pc at home and it just will not run properly. Installed same software on my system 7 pc at office and it runs beautifully. Software provider very attentive but cannot solve the problem. Does anyone have any idea of what might be going on? Thank you in advance.

The software is called WALTR by Softorino. It enables me to copy just about any video format (AVI, MKV, MP4, etc.)  from my PC directly to my iPad WITHOUT using iTunes. I use AVG Free virus software on both PC's. Thank you for your response. Kendroosh

After the program opens, it just stops and hangs there ... unresponsive.

Try to uninstall it completely and reinstall it!

Already did the uninstall/install procedure to no avail. Well, at least I can use my office computer for what I need. It's probably something missing on my home computer.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE ... Ken
