CPU fan starts spinning then just stops and then again spins always the same. . Please Help me fix it!!!!!!!!!
My pc specifications:
Moatherboard: Asrock pci express Raid Socket AM2
CPU: Amd phenom 8450 Triple-core
RAM: 6gb
PSU: Energon ESP-650W.
VIDEO CARD: Nvidia geforce GTX 560 Ti.

I think your Power supply unit is not good. If you have any other spare power supply that working good connect it with your pc and check it.
