Hello, I've been looking into building a pc for a very very long time now... Years maybe, but I haven't really gotten an opportunity until now. I am a month away from ordering my parts and using this pc for a very long time... But please note that I am in a price range, and I cannot afford to buy everything... I've gotten my list completely figured out and ready to order, but I've excluded one thing... This is why I am in this category because it involves the os. I cannot afford the buy everything I need and an os. Because they are extremely expensive. So my question is, can I just start up my pc for the first time with a flashdrive/disc that has the installer inside of them? Nobody has seem to been able to answer my question, I hope you guys know... Thanks!
