MS Word / LibreOffice Compatibility

- Answer#1: You kind of answered this question with question 2, however, no, LibreOffice doesn't natively save files that Microsoft Office can read. (Though Microsoft can probably "fix" that, they wouldn't want to until LibreOffice becomes serious competition to MS Office.)
- Answer #2: You are correct in that, you can save from LibreOffice as a MS Word format, whether or not MS Word is installed on that computer. Just remember that not all formatting will be spot on. It will be pretty close, and you might have to go and fix some stuff in Word, to get it the way you want.

I take it these answers pretty much apply to MS Word / Kingsoft Office Suite compatibility?
I have yet to even remotely download Kingsoft Office Suite, much less try it out. But, I AM curious about it.

I have no knowledge on Kingsoft Office Suite. I would presume the same there as well.
